money deducted but order failed, i reacharged my metro card by my ATM card but money has been deducted when i check my metro card on metro station machine for add value top up there showed don’t have any top up i discussed with my Kotak bank they said its fault from ur side please help us otherwise i’ll mention every social sites and complaint bcz i was 3rd time complaining u after that i’ll mention Twitter and customer reviews on daily basis.. my contact number is +919811826162 , +917210579694,
