I paid 8729 to oyo on 15th novemeber at 11.45 PM for booking a hotel in Manali for 31st dec – 2nd jan.
Amount debited from my account but oyo alerted payment failed. There is no booking id generated. I have tried calling their customer support 5 times and i didnt get any responses from their service teams.
