Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is to inform you that we are very much disappointed by the service you have provided us. We booked a hotel in Bhubaneswar on June 6, 2022 – June 7, 2022 on Oyo by a Oyo people through online. I paid the amount on Gpay for 2 rooms for which I have a screen shot and audio recording attached in this mail. After booking was confirmed, I got ID: R80P3817.
When I reached to the hotel, the hotel manager said he is not linked with Oyo and will not give us the entry. We called Oyo service and told the scenario and they put a call on hold for transferring to higher authority, but every time the call was disconnected. It is very obvious that we won’t disconnected the call, as we were in trouble. We call for 7 to 8 time, different people and same thing happened. We were 4 adults and 2 child (myself, my mother, my brother, his wife with 2 sons, one 2 years old and the other 5 years old) .
It’s been 4 hours now, we called continuously and same thing was repeating. We were so frustrated and irritated as its was 6:30 pm.
What oyo people suggest is to cancel the rooms and take the refund. You say if we cancel, where will we stay as it was 6:30 pm. No rooms were available at that time.
Is this the service OYO is providing to his customers. We all are so disappointed.
Again we booked a Room from OYO. We paid the amount and ID generated: KXC33275 .
We went there and what we find is there is no OYO service and the same thing happened. I called hotel manager and he said there is no service, many customer went back today morning. (Audio recording attached)
At this time we all were like hot headed, so irritated, no idea what to do. Both child were crying and they were hungry and we had no room to live in this warm weather. It’s 8:00 by the time.
So poor service. Why you keep the pics and hotel, when you don’t able to provide the service. Why do you fool the people. What you think we can’t do anything. We stay outside whole night, is this you want. So poor service.
I have all the recording and proofs which I will attached in this mail. You go for vacation and face the same problem, then you people will feel what it would be like, being outside at night when you have no rooms, and also all the rooms were unavailable. Will never trust this OYO again. And the refund, I didn’t get till now, it’s showing 0.
So you decided what we have faced. And what we will do now. I will put everyone. Let’s social media publics see what is OYO and how they treat will the customers.
The Hotels I booked showing ISO certified. And having AC, but the hotel owner said he don’t have AC. I have a recordings of OYO person saying all these things before booking. We were so fed up and only because of you, we waste our day and most important there were no rooms available in other hotel, which OYO person said and recordings were there.
Money deducted for the booking of 2 rooms, but showing only 1 room in application. Seriously it’s very much irritating.
Please listen to the recordings. Next what to do, I will decide.
We were calling to OYO on 6th June 2022, but no response, No help, Nothing, phone disconnected everytime.
