I m using vodafone No. 8398881878… They have debited Rs 49 from my account on 11 Apr 19 without any information and they haven’t send any msg for my info.. when i got to know about deduction.. i called them 3 times.. 1st time one girl named Sandhya told me that your DND is not activated whereas DND is activated since 2018. then she said request has been lodged for returning of amount but I didnt received my amount.. on 15 April, I again called customer care.. he said complaint has been lodged. again no action taken against my complaint..

Then on 16 Apr, I again called customer care n complaint against the same..

They called my on morning of 18 Apr n told me that money will not be refunded as I complaint after 24 hours..

I asked him 3 thing..

1. When DND is activated then why they cut my balance.

2. If they cut my balance for valid reason why they havnt send any msg.

3. And why customer care executive told a lie that DND is not activated.. and why she said that money will be returned.. She made false promise to me..
