Order placed in Zara on 08th Oct, 2023 for Rs.5,580 but order automatically cancelled in Zara website. Payment mode is GPay. Refund has not been processed after 3 weeks. Zara initially promised amount to be credited within 14days. Then took an additional ETA of 2days and then an additional ETA of 1day. But amount is still not credited.
