Highly disappointed with Flipkart..I am VISHAKHA AGRAWAL, and I am a very regular customer of Flipkart, but these days, Flipkart has been giving griefs, money is being deducted from my account and order is not being placed… Please let me know how cum you People are deducting money when order is not even placed??????
I paid assuming that my order has been already placed…while I don’t get any message of unsuccessful transaction?
Now the order is showing as not placed, the prices have increased or the stock is out of stock???????
When I spoke to customer care, they say that we apologize and refund will be coming by 5th July.
I wish to ask who has asked you to refund.??
I want my all orders to be delivered as it was placed and was paid for accordingly.
This is a huge image loss of Flipkart as this has been a repeated incident.
I will be shutting down my account, and will inform public on social media for the same if my issue is not taken care of.
