I ordered packed dog food from thepetcare.in order# 11018 and made online payment of 4950/- as COD was not an option on their website
It has been 11 days, they are not responding to my e-mails and there is no customer support number provided. Whatsapp responses are good for nothing and the status is ready /pending since Sept 7th.
