ON 11-05-2022 I HAVE INITIATE TRANSACTION AROUND 06.32 AM ON MY GOOGLE PAY TOWARDS R WALLET RECHARGE .THE TRANSACTION WAS DONE AND THE MONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY GOOGLE PAY ACCOUNT BUT AMOUNT WAS NOR CREDITED IN MY R WALLET .I HAVE RAISED A QUIRY TO GOOGLE PAAY SUPPORT BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING , HOW COULD I REFUND THE MONEY.PLEASE ADVISE ME SIR

I stay at Mahim my mob no is 7758962611 , since one week my dad is in icu At Vashi Hospital very serious so yesterday i tried to book pass from mahim to vashi so i was refilling my wallet through debit card 800/- rs now my money is debited from my iob acc and not not credited in uts app , below i am sending screenshot proof as a proof , pls try to solve my issue soon as i am facing big problem .
Did you got you money refunded. I too faced the same issue while recharging on UTS
