On 30-03-2020 at 10:21 AM wanted to do a recharge of Rs.558 from MyAirtelApp and for the same amount got debited from bank account but it didn’t got loaded in the Airtel wallet. Filed a complaint through email at wecare@airtelbank.com but got no satisfactory response.
