Text of Complaint by Kalpesh Sarang:

i have recharged 129rs pack on airtel using paytm payment was done by paytm successfully on 26-03-2020 bt still I haven’t received any message from airtel and my recharge isn’t activated yet and my incoming and outgoing services have been stopped by airtel

i m having the invoice of payment and I emailed every provided email id of airtel but there was no response

when i posted it on twitter they give me a call after 5days saying that payment was not done by airtel thanks app it was done by third party app so they can’t do anything or help me out

i am fedd up of this my money was wasted and they wasted my time I wasn’t able to make any calls even after paying amount towards recharge
