Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Vikram Mane from Pune, Maharashtra.
Complaint against – Paytm
24th Nov 2018, I have got 12000 Rs transferred in my Paytm Savings bank Account. Now when i try to do the transaction of Rs 12000 further, it is blocked and stuck in my Paytm Savings Bank Account, it is asking for Passcode generation, which when i try to do on the app, it says that App is upgrading and try after 24 hours. Its been 3 days since i am trying to get the transaction done, but it is not happening, the customer service is also delaying the matter. I have emergencies to be handled and need my own money on immediate basis. I have raised several complaints tickets with Paytm as below –

but its of No Use. I want my money back !!

I have attached the screen shot of the unresolved queries by customer service of paytm and they cannot be even reached over Phone, to hear out my issue
