I had purchased your tiitanwow t54 mobile phone with order number 406-3175029-8826760 from Amazon on Jan 13th 2020. Since May 2020 the mobile’s touch screen is not working. Tried to contact seller through call and email but the seller is not responding to any thing. Mobile is under warranty of 1 year.contacted many times Amazon customer support but they didn’t come up with a resolution
