Respected sir,
This is to complaint against vodafone, for forcing all the consumers to do an unjustifiable recharge to extend the validity of outgoing calls.
Recently I did a recharge with 509 rs which is valid till 18 feb 2019. Since I have been receiving messages regarding the expiration of outgoing calls on different dates, I have called the customer support, who told me that i need not to do any recharge as i am already on an unlimited plan, still my out going services were barred.
I have attached the screen of showing two cobflicting validities for outgoing.
Please do the justice.
