I had purchased Realme 6 from mobileskart.com on 29th April. Payment ID- 317921345. (Rs. 2999.07).
Payment was successfully done. But I am yet to receive the product. I tried to register a complaint on mobile number available from the internet.. 8609283275. They claimed that the order has been cancelled.
They asked us to forward a sms to 9223011112. Then they asked for our debit card details. When we refused to share the CVV, they used foul language and cut the call(mostly a conman trying to steal from us). We are yet to receive the product or the refund. Please help.
