1. Complaint regarding : mobile number portability nuisance by telecom operator.
2. Company name : vodafone
3. I wanted to port my current vodafone no 09654971661 to airtel prepaid . after genetrating upc code VD154322 i was given intimation that porting request is cancelled due to outstanding bills. i have paid bills immediately and again requested to pass verification to next telecom operator. Many no of times i have spoken to customer care but rather addressing the isssue they are not doing verification of my porting request and harassing customer via unprofessional conduct. it says 9654971661 already registered with sim:6225202779, imsi no 404100622520277 by retailer no 9717434160 on 09 oct at 13:05:51.
4. I request officials to please look into matter and help me in this with heavy penalty on vodafone telecom operator to go against govt rules.
