Purchased Samsung M21 mobile on 18th July 2020, ORDER # 405-4419545-8976353 from Amazon.in , upon opening the package there was no mobile inside box.
Amazon sent me an empty big cardboard box and were claiming that packing was intact and refund cant be done.
Contacted customer care multiple times, but of no use.
Amazon and seller STPL Exclusive Online, cheated me for INR 15999.
