Text of Complaint by Purushothaman G:

I am not ale to use internet from past 3 months. Today i visited Vodafone Store (Electronic City Bengaluru) he directly said to change the same to Vi he has done it. New sim got activated @ 15.02 still i am facing internet issue. I have called electronic city store person he received the call after informing he has disconnected my call & he has blocked my call.

The Store person number is 9739131316. He is the person who took sim replacement.

I want the person to call me and ask for apologies.

This is how Vodafone treat the customer????
