Text of Complaint by Manthan Desai:

My mobile number is 9824791300 and my service provider is vodafone company. My billing cycle is from 1st to 30th of the month.

On 31st of October my last day of billing cycle and on same day i am travelling from delhi to surat.

On 1st November my new billing cycle started and on same day i need to provide 20GB mobile data as per my current plan. But when i checked it on Vodafone application it was not provided so i called on 198 Vodafone complaint number the executive told me that the data will be allocated after 12 pm. So i have not started my mobile data for whole day.

On 2nd November again i have checked on application the data was not provided to me, so i raised complaint on 198 number and the other line executive told me that my data is used. So i logged complaint on same day regarding this and they give my complaint reference number as C004-38671402481.

Today i.e 6th November i have received call from Vodafone company from number +91 20-49018250 miss Amisha at 11:51 hour. She told the same that my 20 GB data is used. Which is practically impossible when i told her that i want to speak to her sr. Executive she denied my request.

I want your help in this case either they don’t want to provide me mobile data or my data is stolen.
