Text of Complaint by Aditya Anand:

I have ordered an duopods from Flipkart and i received that. But after using that few days i found it to be defective so I claimed my warranty and and a pickup was scheduled I gave my product but after a lot of mail and complaint mivi returned me the empty box. After that I sent them a mail regarding the same and the given me a time of 48 hrs but they do not gave me any resolution after many dates they told me that you will get the resolution on Monday (21 Aug)
But I haven’t received any update from them. And when I tried to call on there helpline no. They do not receive my call or if anyone recieves the call they askes all the details and put my call on hold.
