I have placed 2 orders (orders# 3249599 & 3249583), each holds 9 products (1+1 offer). But I have received only 2 products (4 qty as it is 1+1 offer) from both orders. Berries and almonds were missing from both orders.
Though I have raised a query to the smytten customer care team, the response was not proper, replacement order also has an issue and refund also been provided incorrectly.
They try to escape by giving abrupt reason such as app is not showing correct qty, etc etc, however I have the valid proof from the app.
Please try to help here.
