Text of Complaint by Nitin Sagar:

My name is Nitin sagar, and I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order with FirstCry.I placed an order on 1st February with order number 30200369SLR53714BA. The delivery was expected on 6th February. Upon receiving the package, I was dismayed to discover that all of the products were missing from the box. Additionally, I found packing material inside the box, raising concerns about the integrity of the packaging.I promptly contacted your customer support and shared this issue, along with relevant photos and details. Unfortunately, I was shocked to receive a denial for a refund of ₹1143. This is unacceptable, considering the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by missing items.I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a reconsideration of the refund denial. The missing products are 2 unit of Cetaphil gentle cleanser and 2 unit of dot and key sunscream, and I have attached photos as evidence.
