I shopped for 2k and everything came in different boxes and on different dates, i also ordered 2 lipsticks from the same brand hence it will come in a single box, the bill said too i ordered two lipstick but in the box i received only one and a huge pile of paper, i compained to smytten but they are not accepting and refusing to help they say that they checked the parcel weight and it went through 3 quality checks and what not, i told them i received huge pile of papers that may have came to your machine because my lipstick were wrapped in that but they are not listening
