Hello,
I am Kiran, I had Place the” Samsung Galaxy M53 5G (Emerald Brown, 8GB, 128GB Storage) | 108MP” Order from Amazon Which Shipment was delivered on 14th October 2021.
But I did not found Mobile Phone inside the Shipment , I have received only Accessories
When I contact to Amazon Support team they was asked me to wait 5business days (attached the screenshot).
I told their team clearly Which items is Missing or Received.
After 5 days Again I contact their Support team, they said, Return Request is not Acceptable Due to their Special team update after investigation Package was Delivered with Intact Condition.
But it’s totally Wrong Investigation.
Please I Request you If possible Help to Sort out this problem own your level ..
