Sir ,
My Self is Raju kumar
I had Place the” One plus Nord CE 5G” Order from Amazon
Which Shipment was delivered on 14th October 2021.
But I did not found Mobile Phone inside the Shipment ,
I have received only Accessories
When I contact to Amazon Support team they was asked me to wait 5business days ..
Between 5days I have Received call to Amazon side
Their behaviour are very Rude They want to know packaging manner and condition at the time of delivery for Verification.
I told their team clearly
Which items is Missing or Received.
After 5 days Again I contact their Support team
But ,their team was asked me ,Return Request is not Acceptable Due to their Special team update after investigation Package was Delivered with Intact Condition ..
But it’s totally Wrong Investigation
I told their team If any Doubts than Fix the Meeting but Request is Refused by Amazon
Please I Request you If possible
Help to Sort out this problem own your level ..
