Text of Complaint by Shrima Shetty:

I ordered a product on 22nd Jan and paid online, the product was supposed to arrive on 27th Jan but it never reached me and later I received an message that your order has been successfully delivered(nor I received any parcel nor any one asked for the OTP). I have called the Meesho customer care immediately after seeing the message and confirming from the family for the parcel and raised a ticket. After that response I only got is within 4-5 days the query will be resolved after 5 days received a mail and again contacted Meesho customer care and got same response every week and also received a mail regarding refund but now they are telling they never received any complaint on 27th Jan and they cannot register a complain as it was registered after 48 hours.Even asking for the solution they are telling me the same response.
