Worst service from Zomato.
I have ordered mini idli & parotta where as i have received only parotta not idli. Such a worst case scenario with Zomato that always happens. I have also made a payment through coupon code of worth Rs.500 for the order value of Rs 250 thinking that remaining amount will be added to wallet and the same has not been done. Also I am unable to use remaining value of Rs.250 in another order also.
Refund the full amount for the order or else i will take a legal action for the same. I have all photos & order history with me.
