We have ordered 21 nos of different colors and sizes of Fybros by kundan cab PVC insulated wire on November 24,2022. The sizes like 1.5sqmm, 1sqmm, 2sqmm and colors includes black, yellow, red, white respectively. We received our product on 3rd December,2022 then we have paid full amount of Rs. 19,729/-. But after unboxing the parcel, we have noticed that some of products are missing and we have received only 8 quantity out of 21 products and also wrong color and size of the products. On the same date we spoke with the customer care executive and explained the missing products details and we raised a complaint through the customer service in amazon. And they asked to upload the picture of the received products through the link. Then we uploaded the photos through the link they send us through our registered Email. On that day the call got disconnected because the customer service time out for the day. On the next fine day we made a call again through the customer service and asked for the update. We asked to cancel the order and requested for the refund for all the products that we have ordered (Both missing and received products). They told that we have cancelled the order and we will process for the refund shortly and the investigation team will contact us within 4 days. And today morning the delivery pickup person came and asked us to return the 21 products, the amazon investigation team has mentioned that there is no product missing and also all the products delivered correctly. After this we called the amazon customer care service now at 5 pm today and They told that the investigation team has closed the investigation by mentioning No products missing and No wrong products.
