I have ordered Pongal, Plain dosa & egg onion dosa on 22.09.20 from Madurai Meenakshi vilas restaurant (Bengaluru), but i was delivered with idli,plain dosa & kalaki. When i contacted the delivery partner, his response was inappropriate. He was telling it is not my responsibility to deliver your items, whatever restaurant provides i will give it to you & asked me to contact the restaurant, but the restaurant contact is not reachable. When i contacted the support team of zomato, i was asked to send email to order@zomato.com, but there is no response from the team.
