Text of Complaint by Paromita Brahma:

My order id is 15962597329025623M i got a package on 5th August 2020 i had ordered for some items in jiomart the payment was in Cod mode he said i am in a hurry and asked me for the money i had to handover the money first i asked him to wait till i check my package if it contained all the items i had ordered and paid for.

I came inside the house to sanitise and open the package the man slipped away as can well be understood from jiomart they had delivered half the items and made me pay for all of the items ordered which i did not receive

I immediately tried to call the customer care which i have tried everyday since 5th of august nobody takes the call so i mailed cs@jiomart.com with nothing from them i mailed cshead@jiomart.com but received no resolution from there too.The response mails contained the same message we will revert back soon and i can check my refund status from my account when no such thing is available from my account.I paid Rs 440 and got got items of Rs 300 only.This is pure cheating and they dont want to give any refund.They are stealing consumers’ money some action should be taken
