I’m so disappointed that I have been such a regular customer with Amazon. Yet received such a bad treatment
In last 25 months, I have placed over 500 orders, on avg 1 order in every 1.5 days. This was the first time I reported the missing item. And what response i got from your Amazon that we have delivered the items if you didn’t receive it then sorry we can’t help in that. I kept saying to customer service that I will attach all photos and everything to prove that items were Missing, yet your rude customer service said we can’t help even if you send it. And a mail from ofm Amazon regarding return..that I do too many returns. Compare the number of orders and returns… please.

I have attached two videos
first to show the invoice, item, and packet in which it came
Second video to show that packet cannot contain two items like mentioned in invoice
Third image shows the chat of my flatmate who clicked it before picking up my parcel as I wasn’t available at the time of delivery
Fourth image shows the round circled mark that contained the lehenga. Some of the items were my Amazon deliveries like bar kit, bar glasses, flowers, suit, green color throw and ONLY ONR ZEEL CLOTHING LEHENGA
And parcels of other residents.
