I ordered 2 chicken biryaani and 1 egg biryani, so in total 3 items were ordered from the restaurant “bawarchi” Situated on rtc x road, hyderabad. But when the order was delivered to me I only received 2 items and 1 was missing. When I contacted customer care they contacted the restaurant and delivery boy about the item but they both said, no item was missing. So I didn’t even get a refund and they closed the complaint on me.
