I have ordered food through ondc food from Paytm order was delivered but one missing item. Immediately I informed the delivery person he mentioned I need to raise complaint in the app where I ordered but when I ordered Paytm responded after 24hrs a biased response. As Paytm the asked restaurant and informed they have delivered correct order but didn’t listen or verified the evidences of mine which I shared immediately. Not at all supported I asked multiple time for callback so that I can explain the scenario. But no luck Paytm asked who did the fraud and closed the ticket. Attacked order details. In delivery one combo of rumali ruti and chicken were missing.
