Delivery date-6.9.2020
Missing item- Potato 2kg (Rs70)
Rotten item- Ginger 200g(Rs 22)
Mail done to [email protected] on 6.9.2020 no action
2nd reminder over telephone done on 7.9.2020 where we got assured that within 48 hrs Jio team will contact
complaint ref no-0023538485(potato), 0023538662(ginger)
3rd reminder over telephone done on 12.9.2020 where again we got assured that within 48 hrs Jio team will contact

complaint ref no-0023634514(potato), 0023634578(ginger)
Again mail given to Customer Service Head at  “[email protected]”.
waiting from 6.9.2020 till date for your action
