I ordered from instamart, 1 milk packet and 2 chips packet and yuppie noodle whole pack worth 80rs around… and I did not receive yuppie noodles… after that I could not contact the delivery guy, I tried so many time and… then I went on app and their help box chat with swiggy …. they are like literally harassing you… they just use auto-generated msgs and … give excuse… every single time that some technical issues….every time… I tried to talk so many time…but no use.. I choose there that I want my refund but no action taken.. yet it’sbeen almost 12hrs.
