Dear Sir,
Purchased a ac from Flipkart.com.
Samsung tech visited my site and unbox the cartoon and found no remote. They installed it without remote.
Also charged me 1415 as installation but mentioned on Flipkart.com as 559 .
Now my ac stop working due to remote not available.
If smart installation not done for remote, why they install it without remote.
