I have ordered food via zomato on 31-Jan-2021. Food vendor name is Trishiv Chinese Corner.
There are food items missing and the food was sub-standard and extreme spicy. I contacted Zomato help desk as I could not reach the vendor on phone. Zomato staff could not contact the vendor as well. lastly Zomato said that they are responsible for the food.
I have ordered food through Zomato and trusted the vendor as it was listed on Zomato website.
But still zomato is not ready take accountability of what they are offering on their site. They stopped responding to my complain.
I need a refund of my purchase.
