We had ordered food worth around 2000 rupees from swiggy.We ordered 3 identical items worth 199 each, out of which we received only one. We contacted swiggy customer support but they were dismissive and said that the best they can do is issue a 90rs coupon. This is not a fair compensation and we want to receive the full refund atleast.
