Text of Complaint by Jayanth P:

I placed an order with 8 items and received only 6
When I verified and found out that 2 were missing and contact customer care later they said those items were out of stock

This is clear indication that swiggy wants to cheat its own customers and make money

Later customer care agents fake themselves saying they are from escalation team and all

Requested for call back 3 times and no one bothers to care for it
Chat would he disconnected from their end
