Dear sir ,
This is Shiv shakti singh and I am from India . I ordered a product ( Fastrack women’s glitch watch ) on 13 January and I found it on 18 January but when I opend the product in the front of Amazon delivery Boy And I recorded a video of that product . In the box there was no product in it . I complaint at that time they told me oky no issue I will inform you when I complete my investigation after one weak i make a call then they told me that I we delivered that product in the box . The product was in the box . I can’t help u . Then I told that I have the video shoot that the box was empty there was no product in it . They told oky send me the video and we will reinvesting and today they told me that we can’t help you . What I do sir . I paid for the product and I didn’t get it . Is it fair sir
