am writing to raise an urgent issue regarding a recent order I received from Instamart.
I had ordered Boat Nirvana Lucid earbuds, but when the delivery arrived, only an empty box was delivered — the earbuds and the charging case were completely missing.
The delivery person insisted on the OTP multiple times and requested it even before I could fully check the package. I gave the OTP as requested. I opened the box in front of him, and even he recorded a video while I was opening it, which clearly shows that the product was missing.
It has been over 18 hours, and there has been no resolution. I am extremely disappointed and request your immediate attention to this matter. Please look into it and help process a refund or replacement at the earliest.
This is very stressful and urgent. Please do something as soon as possible. I genuinely request your help.
