Ordered 3 Pizzas yesterday worth 1200.
Pizza got delivered in 1+ hrs.. The pizza and Garlic bread were dead cold. Plus, one pizza was missing.
Called the customer care, she tried to offer me 150 coupon code, and then raised that too 500 Cashback. I had guests over and the whole situation was embarrassing and so, I showed a little anger but did not use any unproffesional term. The lady on the call, to avoid the complaint and get rid of the call, asked me to behave professionally else she will hang up. Ive been working in Support line for 12 yrs and know all tricks. This is not how one treats an irate customer.. I need compensation for the missing and dead cold food. You guys made a fool out of me in front of my in-laws.
