Missed call alert not working
I don’t get
Many times I contacted with jio costumer care .
There is no solution
Miss call alert information not get last 15 days
This is reference that my JIO number is 9892556671 Port in JIO of 16 June , dated 01/08/2017 from date I get all JIO facility including miss call alert information, when my mobile is switch off or not rechable , but last ten days i have received your all messages except only miss call alert
But I don’t` get any miss call alert information from Jio Service .
When I called up your customer care service number, they told me Miss Call alert isse willbe shout out in 48 hours my Jio complaint no.SR0000XNZ0B For your reference I am attaching images of incoming massage of Miss Call alert information .
