My son shares my internet data Vodafone rang me to upgrade my wife’s phone. After that he looked at my other phones and said my son doesn’t use his data as he shares mine. So he said he can save me some money as he doesn’t need as much date because he uses mine so I agreed. Two days after my sons phone has been blocked as he has reached a £58 bill for used data. He I now back on the original contract and now my charges are £74 on top of my original bill. Have spoke to lots of people at Vodafone over 7 days and about 3hrs of my time after being on hold a lot and they offered me £40 as a good will gesture but charges still apply
