This is to inform that I’ve purchased a Nord 5g from Amazon.in and while purchasing the product the delivery date is shown as 13-08-2020(attached the screenshot ) but once the transaction was done the delivery date is showing between 27-08-2020 to 02-09-2020 and I have been chasing with the Amazon for the same but they are not responding at all.

I’ve purchased from my Brother Amazon prime account and escalated to next level still there is no response and mail marked to Amazon India CEO(Mr Amit) for the same still no use.

Purchase Date 07-08-2020 and Order# 407-6174764-5462724

Even after sending an email to escalation team, CEO but there is not use and I’ve no choice so escalating here.

Request your support on this so that I can get the product at the earliest.
