Text of Complaint by Rahul Tejuani:

My order details are as follows:

Order ID: 5220568155
Tracking ID: SRTP7987245604

I regret to inform you that despite the order being prepaid, the items were not delivered to my designated residence. Unfortunately, I was unable to answer any phone calls during the delivery period as I was out of the country. However, I was not made aware of any attempts to contact me, nor was any alternate contact information provided to me.

I made several attempts to contact the number provided, 92666-23006, between the hours of 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM, but to my dismay, I discovered that the number does not exist. This further added to my frustration and left me unable to communicate with the delivery personnel.

Upon checking the tracking URL, I found that the items were mentioned to be sent back to the seller. This is highly disconcerting, as the item I was expecting weighed approximately 6-7 kilograms, whereas the returned item mentioned was a Jeans pant. Such a discrepancy indicates a serious mishandling of my order.

To support my claim, I have attached relevant screenshots and videos for your reference, clearly demonstrating the inaccurate tracking status and the mismatched item received.

Provide a comprehensive explanation of what transpired with my order and the reasons behind the misplacement and non-delivery.
Ensure that my order is promptly reshipped to my residence with utmost priority.
In the unfortunate event that the item is lost, I demand a full refund of the product amount without delay.
Please be advised that failure to address this matter satisfactorily and in a timely manner will leave me with no choice but to escalate this issue by filing a complaint and reporting the incident to the consumer court. I am prepared to take legal action if necessary, which may involve hiring a lawyer to pursue this matter further.
