Text of Complaint by DIGVIJAY SINGH:

Razorpay assured me a resolution by December 31st, 2023, but no one reached out until I raised the issue on social media.
ticket number 10278245 and 10113137

Their marketing tactics seem shady, with the sales team resorting to misleading practices to boost transactions.

One of their sales reps called me, pushing for Razorpay transactions with a credit of 2 lakhs. When I inquired about the conditions, the salesperson conveniently omitted crucial information. This demonstrates a clear failure on their part, providing misleading and incomplete details. Consequently, I refuse to bear any charges.

Afterward, they shared terms and conditions to justify their unfair practices. Their deceptive sales call resulted in losses for me.
