The Travelius is a fraud company initially they gave us itinerary as per my request and we were about to fly in 2 days then they changed their words and threatened me that your trip will be cancelled if you didn’t pay further amount.

The sales person ‘Amit Sir’ mislead the customer about tour package like, he said to us that the package cost he had given to us that is GST included and once a book my trip with the booking amount of ₹10000 after that he handove the customer details to their operations team which is very unprofessional towards the customers. And when I paid full payment of my trip which is Ankit Sir told me to pay after that the Operation team asked me more 4750 rupees as a gst. But initially Ankit Sir told me gst is included in my package on call and they mailed me a pdf attachment in the same the charge me more 4750 rupees.

When I was discussing and asking about all those goofups with Rohit and Shweta from operation team they disconnected the call on my face.

And just because I didn’t wanted to spoil my tri I paid more as they asked me to pay. But after that they didn’t even complete their commitments which they had given to me. i. e. Welcome drink, didn’t even decor my room as me and sales person ‘Ankit Sir’ discussed on cal.

And even they didn’t speak with the cab service provider clearly that on my last day i had a train at night on 26th Jan 2024. So they firstly told me that they tak us to the tourist point in morning and then the cab would drop us to the udaipur station but they didn’t do that.

And when I called them several times to ask them about all these things they completely ignored my calls.

They spoiled our holiday trip and we face multiple challanges during this trip.
