Text of Complaint by Rakshat:

Dear , I have ordered from swiggy with order ID – #173623561338 on 28th july 6:16 pm . At that time your expected time of delivery is 26 minutes. But order get delayed and till 7:05 is not reached . I call several times to your delivery executive for the order and customer care for the same . But, they kept me busy saying they are assigning new delivery partners and so n so. Now i don’t want that order and want my money back with compensation . Thank you

Now they are calling for the food and saying food will get wasted and all . They are fooling customers by providing wrong and misleading information and taking advantage of the new customers . They also intimate me by saying do whatever you want against this .
