Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I ordered a new phone on flipkart and opted for exchange of an older phone against the same
(Vide the order ID: OD427998328222877100).
The person came for delivery checked by old phone, which i have opted for an exchange, and found following issues:
1) Charger and Box missing.
2) Screen coming out.
3) Screen crack.
He checked on his diagnosis application and checked exchange amount to be INR 400 only,
Then i showed him the exchange value mentioned in the Flipkart app-> My Orders-> Important Things for check), the exchange amount applicable is INR 5100, which the person accepted after checking.
Point of concern:
For the same issue there is huge difference in exchange value which is 5100 to 400.
It is sheer scam on the part of Flipkart to show misleading information which has caused serious mental harassment to me(As a customer).
Additionally:
In the flipkart app it showed additional 4000 Off on exchange of my Old phone, which they didn’t consider.
So, I couldn’t avail the offer.
