Text of Complaint by Bhavya Mishra:

With deep regret I would like to inform you that I have placed an order with Jio Mart Dated 31st Dec.2022, for which I have received the delivery on 2nd Jan 2023. Upon the scrutiny of the product it was observed that one product (Bagrry’s Fruit & Nut Crunchy Muesli with Cranberries 750 g- Rs 270 was a near Expiry product for which the complaint was raised then and there- Snapshot of call attach in the mail) and I was assured by the agent that the issue shall get resolved within the stipulated time frame, on companies assurance I waited for 4 days to get my issue redressed, on re-checking over the JIO complaint portal it was found that my request was closed on the grounds stating that the customer was not available , whereby ideally I have not received any call from the customer agent / companies end in those time frame.
On grounds of seeing the same I again placed the complaint on the customer care on 6th to get my issue redress (snap attached in the mail, which was again closed without me being heard.
Lately after multiple assurance from companies side, when the issue was not redressed, I have placed multiple calls to the customer care to highlight my issues and probably all the customer agent has dropped the call leaving my query unsolved till date (all the call logs are attached herewith)
Today ( 23rd Jan 2023) I have called the customer care again and was given the same statement that your issue shall get resolved as soon as possible, since the issue persisted for more than 20 days I had requested the escalation of the matter, and there also it was mentioned to me that my issue shall be redressed in some time, upon the replacement /refund request that I have demand after such a delay in solution I was given a clear statement by the escalation manager that we cannot replace the product or either give the refund on the grounds that they had given me correct product (which is ideally unethical to state- picture is attached of the product condition, date and expiry) .
Now my question is –
1 If the issue was not to be resolved by the company, they should have stated the reason in the first call or subsequent call that the issue can’t be addressed. (Please justify this injustice towards the customer
2. How far it is justifiable/ethical to keep customer under the wrong impression. (Now it is right to sue the company to put customer under the wrong impression)
3. Your POLICY states that “However, in an unlikely event of you having concerns with the quality, freshness or physical condition of the Product delivered, you may return the Product- then why my query was left unheard even after raising the issue in more than given a timeframe and at multiple times”.
4. I request you to imitate the refund by 5:30pm today.
5. (As per the policy of Jio mart if the calls remained unanswered customer is supposed to receive the call in next 15mins- which has never been provided to me hence it is a clear-cut case of breach of policy and I can challenge the same in the consumer forum).

5. Jio mart is playing the scam across the nation in order to manipulate the customer, and as a responsible customer I will raise this issue in the costumer court now if my query will not get redressed by 5:30pm today.
All the relevant poofs are attached in the mails for your reference.
1. Order list with the item,
2. Order Amount.
3. Complaint date and time.
4. Scam in name of policy that Jio mart is playing with customer.
5. Number of calls being placed to customer care.
6. Image of the product.
7. Invoice of the product.

With all this proof , it is apt enough to raise the complaint for the unjust that is being done towards the customer. With lot of hope and patience I have been humble in the hope that the same shall be heard and I may receive the call from the dept end. Now though my request has been left unheard multiple time I have enough reason to substantiate my concern and escalate the issue in right way.
